I remember Mom and Dad (Aunt Lorine and Uncle J.P.) were always so happy to see Charlene and Bill when they stopped by as they were passing through Gulfport, MS - and Mom and Dad would visit everyone when they went through Houston. Uncle Bill, Norma, Vickie & grandchildren,

My soul was saddened to hear the news of Aunt Charlene's passing. I loved visiting with her. When we lived in Houston, I would be so excited when my mom would let me go with her to see Aunt Charlene. She always acted so excited to see us, it made me feel so welcome and special. Her smile lit up the room and her wit and sense of humor were unsurpassed. What fun I had around her! She sure brought happiness and laughter everywhere she went. She is sorely missed already. I picture her loving family around her right now having coffee & taking in the beauty and peace of Jesus and heavin. May dear God bless and comfort you all. You are in my prayers and thoughts many times each day. Love yall.
